This page mentions there is a perfumery to be build. But where is it? Canæt find it anywhere.

The original game does not have a perfumery. I only know about a perfumery in RedKetchup's large mod called RK Editor's Choice that is available for download on this forum. There must be a perfumery in the Megamod that is at https://www.blackliquidsoftware.com since the link you posted mentions Megamod.
Aha! Not so familiar with the mods yet. I use the CC-mod. But i can buy flowers (tulips) from the trader, so i thought therefore should be a perfumery. :-)
not sure how the CC MM has things set. there ight be a difference between the "tulips" and "flowers".
It´s been a while since I played CC or MM but if I remember it right tulips are eatable vegetables and I can´t remember a perfumery. As

Perfumery is not part of CC, it's part of MM. The creator of that website started out with just Colonial Charter information, but has expanded to adding MegaMod information.
It's under Refined Resources, Luxuries Production.
The PDF for MM does not credit Red for the Perfumery, but it is located under his mod collection toolbar. Redketchup resource toolbar with the tree icon. Others have also said it's in his RKEC... so it's clearly his mod.
