Thanks. Is there a way in-game to view the loaded values of all tradable resources available in the current running game? Before producing them or actually putting them in a trading post. To have an idea which production routes to pursue.

There is a way to get "Trade Values", convoluted but yes!
May not be all items but, you'll get the vast majority.
Use Debug and make all items available and viewable.
Go to the trader and under the Inventory column increase the amounts.
If your finger isn't cramped up, click the Trade column.
