Slink's Cotton and Cotton Tunics

Adds a cotton crop and also a cotton tunic which is made at the standard tailor.

Hey Slink, sorry to bother, but is there any way you can make a mod that allows cotton tunics without conflicting with CC:MH? It'd be greatly appreciated! ;)

Not if they use cotton, too. A conflict on cotton isn't a big problem, though, as long as the cotton that gets used in the game can be used by all of the buildings that require cotton.
