Year 1:
2 x Rye crops of 11x11, 1 worker each, no pickup.
Construction of Beef Cow Pasture.

New (row)housing over the other side of the Sombrill River.

Year 3:
Using ColonialCharter1.61, so it is important to get iron manufacturing going quick; building a small furnace fuel refiner & small iron smelter is essential early on as chosen town houses of @kid1293 's rowhouses require iron, as does the blacksmith :) great fun those first 18 months.

I haven't been around on this site for a while. A lot of nice looking things to see. @Discrepancy ; your settlement looks nice.
