I have made it modular. Here is everything but the houses.
Added a new texture - Red tile roof with white walls and black trim.
Added linen clothes to tailor. Tweaked the doors of the town halls.
Added 2 roofings - 1x1 and 2x2.

@kid1293. great new roof colors. :) I am wondering what this all includes, if anything new was added. Are those coverings? I have listed: school chapel, town hall ,immigration office, health center, herbalist, fisherman, trader, small market, blacksmith, tavern with cider.
I have written a small/tiny/minimini summary of what's in the mod on the download page.

I meant to add, Kid, that I really like that church, but I especially like the White Swan tavern. I also appreciate that you have the radius circles for the church and tavern in this mod.
