These are really pretty, however when I tried to use them, they would not build. Also the gates, which also would not build, could not be deleted. It caused some problems, because the builders would get assigned but not build them, and would then not build anything else. I was using the light brown on the edge of the tile.
There is also not a 2 tile length piece for the centered fence (I think it was the centered). There is one for the edge fence.

Amazing that you are the first to find out I forgot the building dummies in the FBX file.
That is fixed
I also looking into the gate and when I fix that error I will upload a newer version.
The no 2 length is by design. It did not fit well with the spacing between the verticals for the centered set so left it out.
Uploaded new version of the fences and the issues should be fixed.
