For my next wonder project, i want a warehouse. A wonder which purpose is to store a massive (it is a wonder) amount of stored goods :)

i hesitated between Angkor Wat and Hermitage. Since Angkor Wat is a buddhist temple and Hermitage is a museum storing antiquities... i felt it was more appropriate :D
planing to make it 15x15, storing 120,000 - 150,000 weight of all goods, all flags/limits. It is a Wonder afterall :D

I found that image too, but thinking about it now, it's more of a storage complex than a single massive building. Plus, it's definitely not something beautiful to look at! lol
At first, I kept reading 'Hermione' instead of 'Hermitage,' and I ended up imagining some building from the Harry Potter world. First, I definitely need new glasses, and second, I have no idea why I even thought of that franchise since I didn't even like it that much, but it just stuck in my head!

Put everything in 1 mesh, optimise all the parts, getting rid of all unnecessary faces we cant see...

i pop up again to say , i am working to optimize my model since 2 days... didnt finished yet.
yay just finished to optimise the model. that was extremly long /shrug
i deleted 12,000 ish faces.
now i need to see in game. i sincerly hope i didnt deleted any faces i shouldn't have done by error because it will let an hole in the model in game , and thats bad. very bad. so much or i will have to fix it, or restart over that 6-8 hrs long optimisation /cry
so now i need to do my code to see it in game. and very carefully examine it from every angle possible to see if there is a bad hole or anything wrong.
so !!!!
i have a few minor things to fix but the good news is i didnt created an hole in the model ^^
just a few thing ".png" -matter to fix :0

Wow! I don't think I ever realized that items in the depot are counted by weight instead of quantity.

yeah thats new from me
but i need to fix it, the images showing inside are too big, i need to fix that right now.
it didnt accomplished what i was hoping to get , but thats a beginning. maybe later i will find a way to pull out some light effects.
and yeah, everything count as "weight" each rawmaterial_items.rsc, at the bottom of the file, they all tell you how many weight each item weight.. it is part of the game.
the Mod is ready, just need to make my introduction so i can post and describe what this wonder do and make my comment as the modder of it. :)
but i am super tired (exausted) i will do that after a nap. i even litterally fall asleep 2 times while doing the building process a few seconds lol.

Comment: Hermitage Museum, This is my 8th Wonder made for Banished. My model is not very accurate because the Hermitage Museum is very big and vaste, the look and the concept of this model is extremly similar to the real one. There is really a lot of windows, as much as i could like the real one. I wanted a wonder dedicated to the storage side of the game, Hermitage Museum was my choice.

The thing in this model i love the most, is my new .png of roof tiles. It is gorgeous and give a look extremly rich.
