I'm going to reuse this code in my mod alongside some sound mods. I've been struggling to swap the rain audio and some other files, even though the crowd sounds were easy to change.
That's why I asked for the source code for this one; I want to check it against mine to see where the mistake is.

I had already checked there before asking here. lol Sometimes the source files are included with the Mods, but since I couldn't find them there, I came here to look—and no luck here either. I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong; I finished all the audio editing, but the game isn't replacing the original sound with mine.

you would need to ask that person if you can get his files :P
I thought about that, but his last activity here was on 'December 18, 2014, 11:51:50 AM'—and it looks like the same over at banishedinfo.com. Yeah... I think I'm a little late to be asking him for anything lol.
