override Fewer Trees

Hi.
This is a minor adjustment to reduce the density of trees.
Abandoned has used it for a long time. It is time to release it.
It should be compatible with most tree replacers.

Look for pictures in Abandoned's upcoming story.

Here are 2 pictures from the current blog story, one with the overrideFewerTrees mod and same map without. 





The difference here on this map is quite noticeable, other times not so much.  I've had maps that I was short of wood for building and firewood right at the start and others not.  Not recommended for mountain maps or big lakes.
