Checked all the mods, don't see the option to change skins anywhere. I thought I had all 3, but seems I only have the mesoamerican skin. Who made the african/black, and japanese skins? Thanks.
REMEMBER: In games like Oblivion, Skyrim, Banished, etc, there IS NO WRONG WAY TO PLAY!!
