@River  Where are you getting thatch from?  Is it going on the stockpile or in storage barn?

Now mine is not getting picked up at all.

I know the mod has a thatch forester, but I found it easier to use the hatch patch in Kid's Tropical Huts mod, and also one in Kid's Animal Shed Plus mod. Both of them give quite a lot, but use very little space and the "farmer" assigned to it takes it direct to the stockpile.

With version 1 I used kid wildlife start with grass, it was gathered by laborers and the thatch forester and went to the stockpile.  All test with version 2 the thatch gets cut but does not get picked up.  Also got crash trying to built grass hut.

Yeah, me too, but the thatch patch works well for the River's Huts mod.

@River I forgot how productive that Tropical Huts thatch patch is    I enabled it and now the thatch from that patch and from River Huts thatch forester are both going to the stockpile and I can build again.  No crashes so far.

I don't understand it but version 2 North now seems to be working okay.    I will test it more tomorrow.

Only other comment I have is that cotton gets gathered and there is no use for it in the Huts mod.  Perhaps the tailor could make linen from it, or leather & cotton for warm coat.    whichever is easier would be nice.

the thatch-fodder should go in the stockpile now and i added the missing recipes to tailor.
if a new game , stockpile should be ok, if a saved game, will need to make a new stockpile.

if problems with thatch put the mod higher in the list of mods.
