Doing a 4th Wonder presently :)

Since i am very sick presently i prefer to occupy my mind with doing a 4th Wonder

wow 1764 polygons so far... excited. i m getting good at it lol

so it is mainly look like this

i need to find 2 statues... some textures to color this ... and i need to make some poplar trees

i found a low poly poplar to use. i also took a picture of Apollo and asked a AI 3D model website to generate a 3d model from the picture. it made me a 600,000 polygon statue which i optimized and reduced to 3400 poly

and i did put 4 of those on the pillars

Here what it looks final, without the textures though. i need to find textures

After i made my own texture for what i need... it make the texturing part soooo easy
And so much fun !!!

I was very happy with the Taj Mahal .... but this one .... i am a lot more happy ^^
It makes me willing to do more of those hehe

i think , in Banished, it fill an hole so perfectly, strong building you put once in a city.
and i think it will make cities more complete overall.

If you're planning on making more Wonders, the Library of Alexandria would be a great addition! It could work as a school, fitting the 'knowledge' theme perfectly. It would be awesome for the more advanced stages of the game, with a larger student capacity and a wider radius than the standard school.

Gah whats wrong with my poplars ? o.O they all dark and we dont see the leaves

Not sure how to fix it, but remember when the cabin stayed dark? Might be the same thing happening again.

Are the trees configured as decorative objects or as 'real' trees for the game?

I think it might be like that AO issue with the cabin from before.
