So I was trying to do something new....

i am doing the upgrade of the Healing huts ...
and i am trying to add some.... fluffy ? not sure is the good name ... but you ll see

i m not 100% into this but... maybe i need to try to add more fluffy to make it look better ? more work ?

I like them. But, why is everything sooo....BIG. I do tend to prefer smaller buildings myself. Seems silly to build a huge building...to do just one thing. Also, you can't really use the smaller maps for some things. Just a minor vent. Most of what you modders do is so clever and cool!
REMEMBER: In games like Oblivion, Skyrim, Banished, etc, there IS NO WRONG WAY TO PLAY!!

Bah because it is part of the game, you know, i always respected that part :) i always considerated this as a huge nerf. This game is about surviving, not really city building only.
maybe you should go for a medium map :)

I am sorry River. Those building need to have the same size of footprint as the more advanced and modern upgrade. if we do a 3x3 building and people put buildings next to it, when you upgrade and the footprint will go from 3x3 to 6x6 , their game will crash. And if people crash, they will delete my mod cause they wont understand what it is happening and they will blame my mod being a crashing mod.
The game cannot handle to have a tile owned by 2 buildings in same time, it is an automatic crash.

WTH !!

i was adapting the new chain of gunpowder made for 1.4 to  RKEC 1.3.1. so i was creating a new mod named Artillery.pkm specially for it (to not make a rkec 1.3.2 since it is final and working perfectly since 6 years ....)

but i am facing a very very strange bug what ever i put Artillery mod ontop or below in the mod list.

bug:
the stockpiles keep to throw out their resources !! and citizens keep to put back the things inside and the stockpiles keep throwing everything out forever /shrug.
I have absolutely no idea of what is going on lol

The Mod Artillery.pkm has something related to the warehouse/storage that might be missing some code or is commented out with a //? Something about the storage priority, I guess... I don't even know if what I said makes sense, because I still don't fully understand these things.

Not sure exactly but i think i found it, at begining there was no problem, then i saw the gunpowder house missing 1 builder(build_002) spot and 1 worker spot (use_002) inside the fbx. so i added those maybe the wrong way. and it is there it started to go wrong.

so i deleted that list of dummies in the fbx and remade it totally. after , it never bugged again.

Description: Artillery for RKEC 1.3.1 /CC and MM

If you use RKEC 1.4 do not use, it is included in 1.4.2. this is for the old 1.3.1

Warning:
It cannot be used by vanilla poeple (no rkec no cc). they would need to have their own version cause merchants wont buy the crafted even if i add a blacksmith to smelt ore.

This mod contains:

A lumbermill : to craft lumber.
A Charcoal Kiln : to craft charcoal.
A Salpeter Mine : to get salpeter.
A Random Quarry : to get iron ore, stone, coal and sulfur ore.
A Cooperage : to craft barrels.
A Gunpowder House : to extract sulfur and craft gunpowder.
A Gunsmith Artillery : to craft bombs, handguns, muskets and cannons.

Everything is inside its own toolbar.

This looks very interesting, but I must admit, I prefer stand alone vanilla mods that I can load when I want something specific, rather than use a huge mod filled with stuff I don't need or want at the time.  :)

i need to make a pure vanilla one .... everything with coal fuel limit flag , and all crafted in the alcohol limit flag.

vanilla doesnt have extra limits.

it gives a 3d effect that it hasnt had before and do less contrast with the fluffy i tried to give at edges

so i redid like 80% of it .... i am wondering now if it really necessarily now to try to put some fluffy 😛 it looks great to me as it is .
i feel the thatched roof seems about the same quality of the round huts

there is a lot less polygons like this
less CPU'givor (eating less CPU power ^^)
i like it, and happy about it. i like the quality of the rendering
